    Came in for my tax advance and was told to have a sit it would be just a minute and as I walked away the lady at the desk snickered and said it won't be a minute it'll be longer and when I turned around and asked why she just smiled and said just a minute ma'am have a seat. I turned around and she preceded to laugh and say how ignorant I was. I wasn't even a walk in, I had an appointment. And they treat everyone as walk-ins even if you have an appointment. So be prepared to sit and wait for at least an hour or more. This is by first the worst experience I have ever had with them.
