( Living and Final) He took the time to listen to the requests that I had wanted to make, and ensure that each of those items were covered, the appropriate way, in the way that I wanted them handled. On our second visit, he took the time to review in depth the documents and make sure they laid out what exactly I wanted and that I understood those documents completely without any concern.
